红星资本局2月5日消息，日本家电巨头松下控股将解散旗下家电子公司松下电器，并考虑出售传统的电视机业务。

据松下电器官网，2月4日，松下控股在决算说明会上公布了集团经营改革要点，表示松下电器株式会社将发展性解散，旗下分社将转变为事业公司。

据松下控股发布的集团经营改革要点，包括电视、厨房用具等业务被公司认定为问题事业，投资资本回报率（ROIC）低于各事业加权平均资本成本（WACC）且成长性欠佳。

据财联社报道，松下控股株式会社代表董事、总裁兼集团首席执行官楠见雄规则表示，该公司将放弃传统的电视机事业，计划进行出售。但该公司除了出售外可能还有别的选择，目前管理层正在对此进行研究。
