正荣地产(06158.HK) 公布，未能根据今年2月到期年息7.35%的优先票据(2020年9月票据)的契约条款就票据支付到期的应计利息。截至昨日(4日)，由于集团的流动资金仍然紧绌，加上现正与不同持份者探讨境外整体债务管理方案，预计无法于2020年9月票据到期时支付其未偿还本金以及应计未付利息。
