Choice Financial Group appoints Aon's Pace as EVP and chief growth officer

Feb 4 - (The Insurer) - Virginia-based Choice Financial Group $(CFG)$ has appointed Jon Pace as chief growth officer and executive vice president. He will lead the company's national organic growth initiatives as a member of its executive leadership team.

Pace has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he was a managing director in Aon's strategy and technology group responsible for the health and benefits division within Aon's strategy consulting arm.

Before Aon, Pace held various roles at Marsh, Mercer and Aflac.

"[Pace's] appointment marks our commitment to optimising CFG's sales organisation. His demonstrated expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in accelerating growth," said Robert Hilb, president and CEO of CFG.
