AQUILA ACQ-Z(07836.HK) 公布，渝隆集团PIPE投资协议于终止协议日期起终止，公司转与 东英资管管理的基金Gusto订立新PIPE投资协议。
据此，Gusto认购1,000万股PIPE投资股份，价格为每股PIPE投资股份10元，涉资1亿元，认购额与渝隆集团PIPE投资协议相同；预期Gusto将以其内部资金拨付新PIPE投资的PIPE投资金额。华科智能投资(01140.HK) 通过其全资附属持有东英资管30%的已发行普通股及100%的非优先股。
公司指出，自PIPE投资者筹集的资金总额仍为5.36亿元，占目标公司议定估值的5.36%；及徐州臻心、东英资管、东方资产管理及托克香港符合上市规则项下有关“资深投资者”的规定，其投资金额合共占经更新PIPE投资金额的53.71%。(jl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
