财中社2月8日电联合能源集团（00467）发布公告，宣布其全资子公司United Energy (MENA) Limited已与Apex International Energy L.P.及其担保方Kuwait Energy Plc签署股份买卖协议，计划收购目标公司AIEHI的全部已发行股本。此次收购的购买价格为1.5亿美元（约合11.7亿港元），该金额可能会根据已知的漏损事项和股东出资情况进行调整。此外，作为额外对价，买方还需支付700万美元（约5460万港元）的递延付款。
