Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi to retire as chairman of Frasers Property

Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi retires as chairman of the board at Frasers Property, will take on role as chairman emeritus

On Feb 7, Frasers Property Tq5 (FPL) announced that chairman Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi will retire as chairman of the board after serving for 12 years, and will be appointed Chairman Emeritus.

Chumpol NaLamlieng is appointed non-executive and independent chairman effective Feb 8. In addition, Tan Pheng Hock will retire and Dr Nithinart Sinthudeacha has been appointed non-executive and independent director and a member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee of the group.

NaLamlieng currently serves as vice chairman, independent director and chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee of The Siam Cement Public Company.

He is also vice chairman and director of SCG Chemicals, director of Siam Sindhorn Company, Kempin Siam Company and CPB Equity Company. 

Dr Sinthudeacha has been managing director of N-Able Plus Co since September 2007. She is co-founder, director and chairwoman of the executive committee of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company.

She currently sits on the board of Mega Lifesciences Public Company, MYDNA Co and ECOFUTURE Co.
