智通财经APP获悉，今海医疗科技(02225)盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，涨2.99%，报1.38港元，成交额182.52万港元。
消息面上，今海医疗今年1月初发布公告称，其下属子公司今海协寰医疗与国药菱商达成商业合作，今海协寰授权国药菱商为公司高端医疗器械在中国的独家分销商。此次签约合作商业的产品基本上涵盖了今海医疗一篮子拳头产品，包括如4K3D荧光复合内窥镜、椎间孔镜以及一系列先进的器械套装等。
公开资料显示，国药菱商隶属于中国医药集团总公司旗下，由国药控股股份有限公司和日本三菱商事共同合资的子公司。值得一提的是，国药菱商与马来西亚私立医院协会有合作，因此与国药菱商的合作，有助于今海医疗的产品今后进入更广阔的国际市场，为今海医疗的产品出海提供机会。
