日本国民品牌松下官宣重大重组计划。松下控股将解散其家电子公司松下电器，集中力量发展人工智能数据中心等高利润领域。

这一决定引发松下控股的股价周三开盘后直线上涨，涨幅超过11%。

松下控股株式会社代表董事、总裁兼集团首席执行官楠见雄规则表示，该公司将放弃传统的电视机事业，计划进行出售。但该公司除了出售外可能还有别的选择，目前管理层正在对此进行研究。

与此同时，其还宣布松下目标到2027年3月将利润提高1500亿日元（9.66亿美元），并在2029年3月再增加1500亿日元。他补充称，这意味着公司的许多生产、销售和物流基地都将面临整合，人事也将出现一定程度的调整。

尽管楠见雄规尚未明确重组计划的具体细节，但70岁“高龄”的电视业务已经确认“下线”。曾经风靡全球的松下电视机很快将成为又一滴时代的眼泪。
