　　消息面上，环能国际及要约人Amethyst Asia Limited联合公布，于2025年1月21日，要约方与卖方就收购销售股份订立五份买卖协议，要约方拟收购卖方实益拥有的合共709，045，226股股份，相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约49.26%。根据买卖协议，销售股份总代价为35，452，262港元，相当于每股销售股份0.05港元。目前已完成680，514，345股销售股份的买卖，相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约47.28%。
