Huscoke Holdings (HKG:0704) said the Hong Kong High Court adjourned a winding up petition hearing against the company to Feb. 12 from Feb. 5, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
China Cinda (HK) Asset Management, the petitioner, requested the adjournment as the parties are negotiating the issue and have reached a preliminary consensus on a settlement proposal.
