智通财经APP讯，联合能源集团(00467)发布公告，2025年2月7日，买方United Energy (MENA) Limited(公司全资子公司)与卖方Apex International Energy L.P.及担保方KEP(公司全资子公司)已签署《股份买卖协议》，根据股份买卖协议，买方有条件同意收购，卖方有条件同意向买方出售目标股份。KEP已同意担保买方在股份买卖协议项下与收购相关的付款义务。目标股份代表AIEH I公司全部已发行股本。
AIEH I在埃及从事上游油气勘探与开采业务，而集团在埃及有着重要的业务布局。收购AIEH I 是集团在埃及上游业务的延伸和拓展，同时能够与现有资产发挥协同效应。此次收购将使集团扩大储量基础并提升产量水平，并有助于推动埃及的经济增长和社会繁荣。AIEH I目前在埃及西部沙漠区域拥有8个陆上特许开采权，2024年平均权益日产量超过11000桶。
