　　消息面上，乐普生物此前公告称，1月22日，公司与ArriVent Biopharma， Inc．订立独家许可协议。据此协议，公司向ArriVent授予独家许可，以在全球范围内（大中华地区除外）开发及商业化集团创新型抗体偶联药物（“ADC”）MRG007。

　　在许可协议条款及条件的规限下，ArriVent获授权于许可地区开发、生产及商业化MRG007的独家许可。
