智通财经APP获悉，乐普生物-B(02157)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨5.07%，报2.9港元，成交额1249.45万港元。
消息面上，乐普生物此前公告称，1月22日，公司与ArriVent Biopharma, Inc.订立独家许可协议。据此协议，公司向ArriVent授予独家许可，以在全球范围内(大中华地区除外)开发及商业化集团创新型抗体偶联药物(“ADC”)MRG007。
在许可协议条款及条件的规限下，ArriVent获授权于许可地区开发、生产及商业化MRG007的独家许可。同时，公司将收取一次性首付款及近期里程碑付款合计4700万美元，和最高达11.6亿美元的开发、注册及销售里程碑付款，以及未来MRG007在许可地区销售净额的高单位数至低双位数的分级特许权使用费。
