New private home completions in Hong Kong reached 24,261 in 2024, up 75% from 13,852 in 2023, according to data from the Rating and Valuation Department released Thursday.
The completions were higher compared with the 22,267 forecast for the year, and the highest since 2004 with 26,036 units completed, according to the department.
