智通财经APP讯，石药集团(01093)公布，该集团开发的SYS 6017( 带状疱疹m RNA疫苗 )已获得中华人民共和国国家药品监督管理局批准，可以在中国开展临床试验。
该产品由编码水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)糖蛋白E( gE蛋白 )的m RNA分子包裹于脂质纳米颗粒所构成，适用于预防带状疱疹的感染。临床前研究显示，该产品可有效诱导体液免疫和细胞免疫应答。安全性评价数据亦表明该产品具有良好的安全性，在临床研究上有望表现出较少的不良反应。
全球普通人群带状疱疹的发病率为3 – 5╱1,000人年。随着年龄的增长，VZV特异性T细胞的增殖能力下降，细胞免疫减弱，长期潜伏于神经的VZV更容易被激活，因此带状疱疹的发病率随着年龄的增长而上升：60岁为6 – 8╱1,000人年，80岁可达8 – 12╱1,000人年。近年来带状疱疹发病趋于年轻化，尤其是亚健康人群以及肿瘤、爱滋病患者等免疫力低下人群，患带状疱疹的风险显著增加。目前，全球尚无针对VZV感染的m RNA疫苗上市。该集团将全力推进该产品的临床研究工作，力争该产品尽快上市。
