世间将再无松下电视？松下公司回应
凤凰网科技讯 2月5日，近日，就当前市场关于松下电器将解散重构并出售电视业务的消息，松下公司在回应记者时表示：关于包括电视业务在内的存在问题的业务，为实现根本性的收益结构变革，我们正将所有可能性纳入考量范围进行研讨。不过，截至目前，包括出售或退出等相关事宜，均未作出任何决定。关于公司调整后，其在中国市场的业务规划，松下则表示目前除了松下集团CEO楠见雄规对外发布的内容之外，都将日后研讨。
爱企查App显示，松下电器（中国）有限公司成立于1994年8月，法定代表人为本间哲朗，注册资本约17.6亿美元，经营范围包括在中国对电器、电子及其他鼓励和允许类产业进行投资等，由松下控股株式会社全资持股。
对外投资信息显示，该公司直接对外投资66家企业，分布在北京、上海、福建等地，版图涉及出行、厨电、新能源等领域，目前其中50余家为开业状态。

除此之外，通过直接或间接的方式，该公司拥有近50家公司的实控权。
