　　中国天化工（00362）公布，于本公告日期，可能出售事项并未完成及无就可能出售事项订立任何协议。公司考虑到中国以及银行政策支持可使附属公司获得贷款作营运资金，公司亦留意到近期电石销售价格开始稳定。为公司股东最大利益，董事会兹宣布不会出售黑河龙江化工有限公司90%股权。

　　董事会认为，终止可能出售事项对集团现有业务或财务状况并无重大不利影响。
