【Ripple CTO：目前仍不确定网络问题是否解决或自我修复】金色财经报道，Ripple首席技术官David Schwartz更新信息称目前仍不确定网络问题是否解决或自我修复，根据此前XRPL浏览器页面显示，网络活动在区块高度93927174处冻结了64分钟，然后于UTC时间2月4日上午10:58重启。David Schwartz补充称，如果节点知道无法与其他节点就网络状态达成共识会发生四件事： 1、节点找到一个它们不会提前到达的起点； 2、节点尝试找到一个位置，在起始点或之后恢复正常运行； 3、随着时间的推移（理想情况下是30秒），网络会在安全且适当的点重新形成； 4、一旦达到临界点会共同完成一轮共识并发布验证，证明该轮共识已成功完成。
