消息面上，在2025年春节假期期间（1月28日至2月4日），华住集团旗下酒店累计接待人次同比增长18.6%，达832.58万人次，累计接待外宾人次同比上涨68.19%。数据显示，在全国范围内，共有74个城市的华住集团旗下酒店在2025年春节期间入住率超过90%。山西证券表示，县域城市反向旅游等出行方式带动下沉市场住宿需求增长，酒店行业整体连锁化率和产品结构仍有较大提升和优化空间。
浦银国际此前研报指出，面对行业普遍的高基数以及境内业务关闭低效店的影响，华住集团第三季度整体以及境内业务收入分别同比增长2.4%以及1%，达成了管理层给出的收入增速下沿。管理层给出4Q24收入指引，整体以及境内业务收入分别同比增长1%-5%，暗示全年收入增速在7.4%-8.5%的区间，该行认为公司达成4Q24收入指引的确定性较高。
