　　2月7日，联合能源集团发布公告，买方United Energy （MENA） Limited（公司全资子公司）与卖方Apex International Energy L.P及担保方KEP（公司全资子公司）已签署《股份买卖协议》，根据股份买卖协议，买方有条件同意收购，卖方有条件同意向买方出售目标股份。KEP已同意担保买方在股份买卖协议项下与收购相关的付款义务。目标股份代表AIEHI公司全部已发行股本。目标股份的购买价格为1.5亿美元。
