　　晋景新能（01783）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.40%，现报6.38港元，成交额1471.18万港元。

　　晋景新能此前宣布，于2024年12月27日与Huayou Green Energy 签订电池回收合作协议。双方将依托欧洲现有31个服务点，为终端客户提供一站式电池收集及处置服务。Huayou Green Energy将按照欧盟最新电池法，在其欧洲本地化处置设施中合规处理晋景新能收集的各类电池。

　　根据协议，晋景新能将发挥其在逆向供应链管理方面的优势，为整车制造商、储能系统提供商、电池制造商等客户提供一站式电池回收解决方案。晋景新能董事会认为，该合作将优化电池回收业务，双方将共同开发创新合作模式，在全球及本地创造高效且有效的电池材料回收及绿色物流解决方案，进一步巩固晋景新能作为全球新能源业务市场领导者的地位。
