昨日收涨7.2%的万国数据(GDS.US)今日美股盘前续涨4.1%，报30.45美元。有媒体援引知情人士透露，万国数据控股有限公司正考虑将GDS International (GDSI)业务在美国进行首次公开招股(IPO)，筹集约5亿美元。知情人士称，这家数据中心运营商可能会尝试最早今年让GDSI挂牌上市。相关工作仍在进行之中，最终未必会推进交易。

海通国际发研报指，万国数据收入恢复双位数增长，2024年是公司在海外加速扩张的一年。出海和智算中心是当下IDC行业的两个核心驱动力，作为国内和出海龙头，公司将充分受益。另外，根据公司披露的信息，公司海外实体GDSI在完成B系列对外融资后，GDSH将不再对GDSI进行合并报表。(格隆汇)
