　　知行汽车科技（01274）发布公告，于2025年2月8日，公司拟配售最多合共1119.02万股，占经扩大后公司已发行股本约4.63%，配售价为每股配售股份20.88港元。

　　假设配售股份悉数获配售，配售事项的估计所得款项净额预期约为2.28亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟用于：60%用于提升高阶智驾、驾舱一体解决方案及产品的研发，10%用于有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支，5%用于扩大海外销售及服务网络，及25%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
