上证报中国证券网讯 辽宁成大晚间公告，公司于2025年2月12日召开第十届董事会第三十三次（临时）会议，审议通过了《关于授权管理层处置资产的议案》，同意并提请公司股东会审议及授权公司管理层通过符合法律法规规定的方式处置所持有的不超过广发证券股份有限公司（000776.SZ）总股本3%的A股股份，并在股东会已经批准的交易方案范围内全权办理与授权事项有关的各项事宜，授权期限为自公司股东会审议通过之日起十二个月内，授权事项包括但不限于确定交易方式、交易时机、交易价格等。
截至本公告披露日，公司持有广发证券A股1,250,154,088股，占其总股本16.40%；公司持有广发证券H股115,300,000股；公司全资子公司辽宁成大钢铁贸易有限公司的全资子公司成大钢铁香港有限公司持有广发证券H股1,473,600股；公司合计持有广发证券H股116,773,600股，占其总股本1.53%。
