智通财经APP获悉，Baleno母公司德永佳(00321)行政总裁何丽康表示，在香港业务方面，集团通过更多元的提前折扣促销来提升销售。集团新货提前开始减价，在2024年10月至今年1月期间，集团在香港的销售量按年比较止跌回升，毛利也有所增长。预计下半财年集团香港业务零售表现将优于上半财年。关于美国加征关税的问题，何丽康表示，相关关税对集团影响不大，因为集团没有成衣产品直接出口至美国，主要以内销为主。
何丽康进一步指出，在香港方面，集团正在协商降低续签租约的租金，同时关闭盈利表现不佳的自营店铺，精简运营流程以降低物流成本。今年可能会关闭4至5家店铺。他还提到，2024年已有17家店铺完成续租，并已将相关租金大幅下调，预计2025年将有十多间店铺需要续租。
