2月11日，泸州老窖发布公告，公司临时召开第十一届董事会九次会议，会议审议通过了《关于实施对外捐赠的议案》，决定向中国红十字会总会定向捐赠现金1000万元，用于支持四川省宜宾市筠连县沐爱镇金坪村山体滑坡抢险救灾工作。
