智通财经APP讯，知行汽车科技(01274)发布公告，本公司收到本公司董事长、首席执行官、执行董事兼控股股东宋阳先生、执行董事李双江先生及监事兼监事会主席罗红先生出具的承诺函（承诺函）。根据承诺函，基于彼等对本集团长期价值及长期发展前景富有坚定信心，自愿承诺，自2025年2月13日起的12个月内（即2025年2月13日至2026年2月12日，包括首尾两日），不以任何方式出售彼等直接持有的本公司股份。于本公告日期，所持受禁售承诺规限的股份总数为6597.52万股，占本公司已发行股份约28.59%。
