智通财经APP获悉，香港银行股午后走高，截至发稿，中银香港(02388)涨5.1%，报26.8港元；恒生银行(00011)涨3.56%，报103.2港元；渣打集团(02888)涨2.36%，报108.5港元；汇丰控股(00005)涨0.54%，报84.25港元。
摩根士丹利发布研报称，香港银行股即将公布2024财年财报，预计汇丰及渣打的财报重点将专注于维持股东权益回报率(ROE)能力方面，其中汇丰潜在或会释放更多资本。该行指，稳定的ROE前景将支持银行股的股价，同时资本亦是本港银行关注的焦点，但疲弱的营运前景将限制股价表现。
富瑞发布报告指出，高负债房企占香港银行商业房地产贷款总额约16%，需警惕相关拨备风险。该行指出，中银香港、东亚银行及恒生银行被列为8家高风险房企的主要合作银行，大华银行涉及5家房企融资业务。富瑞特别指出，高负债房企合计占商业地产贷款16%，全行业20%-30%贷款存在评级下调可能。
