新浪科技讯 2月12日上午消息，天眼查天眼风险信息显示，近日，晨鸣纸业新增多条股权冻结信息，股权被执行的企业包含黄冈晨鸣浆纸有限公司、山东晨鸣集团财务有限公司、济南晨鸣纸业销售有限公司等，冻结股权数额合计65亿余元人民币，冻结期限均为三年，执行法院均为广东省湛江市中级人民法院。

　　山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司成立于1993年5月，法定代表人为陈洪国，注册资本约29.3亿人民币，由晨鸣控股有限公司、香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司、晨鸣控股（香港）有限公司等共同持股。（罗宁）
