智通财经APP讯，比优集团(09893)发布公告，于2024年10月9日，公司根据主板上市规则第9B章向联交所提出申请，批准股份以转板上市方式于主板上市及买卖。
董事会欣然宣布联交所已于2025年2月7日授出转板上市的原则批准。
于本公告日期，除下列预期于2025年2月18日(即股份开始于主板买卖当日)达成的前提条件外，有关转板上市的所有适用前提条件就公司及股份而言已获达成：
基于公司于相关期间的成交量加权平均市值(定义见主板上市规则第9B章)约为12.86亿港元，超过主板上市规则第8.09(2)条规定的5亿港元，公司预期可达到主板上市规则第9B.03(2)条规定的公司成交量加权平均市值;及
基于相关期间内有311个交易日公司股份的每日成交额不少于5万港元(占有关期间内交易日的94.24%)，公司预期可达到主板上市规则第 9B.03(5)条所规定的股份每日成交额。
股份于GEM(GEM股份代号：8053)买卖的最后一日为2025年2月17日。预期股份将于2025年2月18日上午九时正起于主板(主板股份代号： 9893)买卖。
