智通财经APP获悉，知行汽车科技(01274)宣布配售事项后一度跌超9%，盘中股价转涨逾7%，截至发稿，涨3.54%，报24.85港元，成交额2.04亿港元。
消息面上，知行汽车科技发布公告，公司拟配售最多合共1119.02万股，配售价为每股配售股份20.88港元。配售事项所得款项净额约为2.28亿港元，拟60%用于提升高阶智驾、驾舱一体解决方案及产品的研发，10%用于有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支，5%用于扩大海外销售及服务网络，及25%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
据悉，知行汽车科技与地平线此前正式签署战略合作协议，双方将在汽车智能化技术与产品领域深度合作。目前，知行科技与地平线正基于最新一代征程6系列稳步推进量产合作。知行科技已成功在地平线征程6系列计算方案上实现先进算法模型部署；知行科技与地平线及大陆集团的合资公司智驾大陆达成合作，将基于征程6系列合作打造轻量化城区智驾产品。
