360集团创始人、董事长周鸿祎在《珍知酌见》栏目里与新浪财经CEO邓庆旭对话时感慨表示，作为企业家，很多工作还是要亲力亲为，所以对家庭就会有很多难以平衡的地方。周鸿祎提到了王传福，他说王传福早上6点钟就起来跟他的团队员工开会。王传福说开会就是锻炼，工作就是休息。“我听完了，我都觉得很惭愧。”
