Odaily星球日报讯 据彭博社报道，加密货币托管公司 BitGo 有望最早于 2025 年下半年进行 IPO。 BitGo 在 2023 年 8 月完成了一轮 1 亿美元的 C 轮融资，估值为 17.5 亿美元，这也是该公司自 2017 年以来首次融资，当时其获得了由 Valor Equity Partners 领投的 4250 万美元 B 轮融资，美国“加密沙皇”、前 PayPal 首席运营官 David Sacks 也参与了投资。 2021 年，BitGo 曾计划通过与 Galaxy Digital 的收购交易上市。但 Galaxy Digital 表示，由于 BitGo“未能提交”经审计的财务报表，该交易于 2022 年 8 月终止。如果交易成功，BitGo 的估值将达到 12 亿美元。
