财中社2月10日电嘉宏教育（01935）发布公告，宣布公司已成功收购位于中国河南省郑州市上街区的一块土地使用权，总代价为3.06亿元。该地块的总面积约为52万平方米，预计用于建设新的高等教育校区。此次交易的成交确认书于2024年12月13日签署，并已于2024年12月26日支付全额代价，资金来源于公司的内部资源，未动用上市所得款项。
公告中提到，该收购事项得到了持有超过50%股份的股东的书面批准，因此公司不需召开股东大会进行表决。这项收购被认为符合公司的发展策略，将显著提升公司的教育服务及设施能力，对未来的可持续发展产生积极影响。董事会认为，该交易的条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
