财中社2月9日电知行汽车科技（01274）发布公告，宣布与配售代理国泰君安证券（香港）有限公司签订配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意尽最大努力促使不少于6名承配人购买最多合计1119万股股份配售，配售价为每股20.88港元。
假设配售股份全部获配售，配售股份将占公司已发行股本的约4.85%，以及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本的约4.63%。此次配售预计净所得款项约为2.28亿港元，扣除相关费用后，预计净配售价为每股20.41港元。
配售事项所得款净额拟用于：提升高阶智驾、驾仓一体解决方案及产品的研发，金额约1.37亿港元；有关提升研发设施及生产设施的资本开支，金额约2284万港元；扩大海外销售及服务网络，金额约1142万港元；运营资金及一般公司用途，金额约5709万港元。
