格隆汇2月12日｜2025年2月12日，古茗控股有限公司在港交所上市，股票代码为“01364.HK”，发行价为9.94港元。古茗初入资本市场表现稳健，上市首日开盘价为10港元。作为一家行业领先、快速增长的中国现制饮品企业，上市也标志着古茗迈入一个全新的发展阶段。

从整体业绩数据来看，古茗在激烈的市场竞争中依然保持了稳定增长。按2023年的商品销售额(GMV)及截至2023年12月31日的门店数量计，古茗均是中国最大的大众现制茶饮店品牌，亦是全价格带下中国第二大现制茶饮店品牌。截至2024年9月30日止九个月，古茗GMV为人民币166亿元，同比增加20.4%，增长率超过其他前十大现制茶饮店品牌中的大多数。截至2024年9月30日，古茗门店网络扩展至9778家门店。

另外，古茗拥有强大的产品研发能力，定期推出新品保持产品吸引力。截至2024年9月30日，古茗拥有约120人的产品研发团队，团队中逾40人专注茶叶及萃取工艺研究，且约一半拥有硕士及以上学历。于2023年及截至2024年9月30日止九个月，古茗分别推出了130款及85款新品。

古茗表示，将继续践行下列策略，以推动进一步增长：扩张门店网络，巩固行业地位；加强技术以提高运营效率；持续投资于产品研发，优化并拓展产品矩阵；加强品牌建设和与消费者联系；加强供应链能力。
