德益控股(09900.HK) 公布，有关Asia General(要约人)提出强制性全面要约，于昨日(11日)下午4时正，要约人并未就要约项下的要约股份接获任何有效接纳。经计及并无接获有效要约接纳，要约人及其一致行动人士仍于上述合共1.35亿股股份中拥有权益，约占公司已发行股本总额的36.23%。
由于要约人及其一致行动人士须持有公司50%以上表决权，要约方可作实，因此，在条件未达成下，要约失效。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
