观点网讯：2月12日，茶饮品牌古茗控股有限公司正式登陆港交所主板，股票代码"1364"，成为继奈雪的茶、茶百道之后第三家赴港上市的内地新茶饮企业。

该公司首日收盘报9.3港元，较发行价9.94港元下跌6.44%，总市值约217亿港元。

上市首日，古茗早盘股价短暂冲高后持续走低，盘中最大跌幅近10%。此次IPO发行价定为招股区间上限，共发行1.59亿股，其中香港公开发售占比10%。
