多伦多道明银行计划通过二级股票发售退出对嘉信理财的股权投资。

　　根据周一声明，道明银行将出售1.847亿股嘉信理财普通股，代表10.1%的经济所有权。嘉信理财同意从道明银行回购15亿美元股票。

　　“作为战略评估的一部分，我们一直在评估资本配置并决定退出对嘉信理财的投资，”道明银行首席执行官Raymond Chun称。“我们对2020年收购的嘉信理财股票所产生的强劲回报感到非常满意。”

　　道明银行表示，计划将所得款项中的80亿加元用于回购其股票，剩余资金将投资于公司业务。
