Gemdale Properties and Investment (HKG:0535) recorded contracted sales of around 626 million yuan in January, with a sales area of 49,200 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 12,700 yuan per square meter.
