智通财经APP讯，硬蛋创新(00400)发布公告，于2025年2月7日，公司拟向认购人(Optimum Profuse Technology (HK) Limited)发行及配发2.50亿股认购股份，相当于公司于本公告日期现有已发行股本约17.93%;及公司经扩大的已发行股本约15.20%。认购价为每股1.30港元。
认购事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额估计分别约为3.25亿港元及3.24亿港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额用于：收购深圳科通技术之股份，及直接支付收购款及支付如公司日期为2024年12月31日的公告所载应付投资者行使赎回权的相关购回款;及公司一般营运资金。
