　　近日，华泰证券发表报告指出，在DeepSeek引领下，AI应用推广的深度和广度有望进一步加强，应用侧更加繁荣，带动流量及推理算力需求强劲增长，在此背景下，国内存量数据中心空置率有望进一步下降，供需格局好转。 该行认为，万国数据作为国内第三方数据中心龙头企业，在核心地区机柜资源储备丰富，该行看好公司国内IDC业务后续的估值提升及业绩改善机遇，维持对其盈利预测不变，预计公司2024至2026年各年收入分别为115.6亿、132亿及150.3亿元，调整后各年EBITDA分别料50.46亿、58.56亿及68.48亿元。 考虑到近期以DeepSeek为代表的国内AI应用突破为行业带来的积极变化，看好国内IDC业务估值提升，该行将万国数据2025年企业价值对EBITDA目标估值倍数由13倍上调至15倍，对应目标价由26.4港元上调至34.66港元，维持“买入”评级。
