消息面上，同道猎聘此前公布2024年第三季度业绩，收益约5.03亿元，公司权益股东应占纯利4595.5万元，同比增长43.64%；非通用会计准则经营溢利为8500万元，同比增加28.3%。1-9月，实现收益约15.17亿元，公司权益股东应占纯利9128.8万元，同比增长126.56%；非通用会计准则经营溢利约1.79亿元，同比增加58.1%。
公司持续加码AI研发投入，前三季度，研发费用为2.31亿元，研发费用率15.22%。公司披露，将持续探索AI在招聘行业的应用形态和亮点，更好地为企业和求职者提供有效帮助，解决招聘和求职过程中的难题，进一步提升人岗匹配效率和质量。中金指出，预计24 年全年利润率同比有所回升，建议关注降本增效对后续利润端的潜在正向作用。
