知行汽车科技控股股东及高管做出12个月禁售承诺
财中社2月12日电 知行汽车科技（01274）发布公告，控股股东及若干高级管理层作出自愿禁售承诺。根据公告，公司的董事长、首席执行官、执行董事兼控股股东宋阳、执行董事李双江及监事兼监事会主席罗红出具了承诺函，承诺自2025年2月13日起的12个月内（即至2026年2月12日），不以任何方式出售其直接持有的公司股份。
截至公告日期，受禁售承诺限制的股份总数为6598万股，占公司已发行股份的约28.59%。该承诺显示出控股股东及管理层对公司长期价值及发展前景的信心，提示股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
