智通财经APP讯，德益控股(09900)公布，于2025年2月11日(星期二)下午四时正，要约人并未就要约项下的要约股份接获任何有效接纳。
经计及并无接获有效要约接纳，要约人及其一致行动人士仍于上述合共约1.35亿股股份中拥有权益，约占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额的36.23%。
因此，要约人谨此知会股东，由于该条件尚未达成，故要约并无于本联合公告日期(即要约的首个截止日期)成为无条件。要约人谨此宣布要约已根据其条款及条件于本联合公告日期下午四时正失效。
