智通财经APP获悉，万国数据-SW(09698)午后涨幅扩大逾14%，截至发稿，涨11.99%，报30.4港元，成交额2.4亿港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，根据知情人士透露，万国数据正考虑将GDS International业务在美国进行IPO，筹集约5亿美元。万国数据可能会尝试最早今年让GDSI挂牌上市。万国数据正与银行商讨IPO事宜。相关工作仍在进行之中，最终未必会推进交易。万国数据没有回复寻求评论的请求。
海通国际此前发布研报称，公司深耕IDC数据中心领域多年，并全力开拓海外数据中心市场，是中国IDC行业的领导厂商。该行认为，AI大模型的快速迭代，尤其是AI应用的实质性进展，将驱动全球智算中心加速建设，形成新一轮的高景气周期。
