交银国际披露票据收购交易 涉资约1002万美元
财中社2月10日电交银国际（03329）发布公告，关于收购票据的须予披露交易。公告中提到，Preferred Investment于2025年2月7日以约100.231美元的价格收购了本金金额为1000万美元的Mizuho票据二，总代价约为1002万美元（相当于约7868万港元）。由于该收购和先前的收购均在十二个月内进行，合并后的最高适用百分比率低于25%但高于5%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关上市规则。
在此之前，Preferred Investment于2025年1月24日以约92.88美元的价格收购了本金金额为500万美元的Mizuho票据一，总代价约为467万美元（相当于约3669万港元）。本集团动用了内部资源为这两笔收购提供资金。此次收购为本集团提供了长期投资机会，使其能够在合理风险下实现稳定的投资回报。
