财中社2月10日电上置集团（01207）发布公告，公告中提到公司将于2025年2月19日最后上市，且自2025年2月20日上午9时起，公司的上市地位将被撤销。公告指出，上市复核委员会于2024年12月23日决定维持其撤销上市地位的决定，导致公司对这一决定感到失望，并向香港高等法院申请司法复核。
公司在公告中提到，退市将对其造成严重且不可逆转的后果，因此已请求联交所暂缓撤销上市地位。联交所表示，如果公司在2025年1月17日前进行许可申请，并能找到潜在的司法复核理由，将会自愿不执行该决定。最终，公司在法律咨询后于2025年1月17日向高等法院提交了申请，但于2025年2月5日法院已驳回该申请。
此外，自2023年4月3日起，公司股份已在联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停，直至上市地位被撤销。公告提醒股东及投资者，尽管股份在最后上市日期后仍然有效，但将不再于联交所挂牌及买卖，且公司将不再受上市规则的限制。
