智通财经APP讯，恒泰裕集团(08081)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得年度亏损不少于7800万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得年度溢利约1245.2万港元。
该转盈为亏的财务下滑乃主要由于缺少集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度确认视作出售附属公司的收益约7214.5万港元，有关收益因集团于2023年5月31日视作出售公司一间全资附属公司迹象信息技术(上海)有限公司而产生;及集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度确认按公平值透过损益列账的金融资产的公平值亏损净额不少于2500万港元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度则确认按公平值透过损益列账的金融资产的公平值亏损净额约828.2万港元。
