过去一周（2025.2.3-2.9），港股IPO市场稍显平静。期间，并无新公司挂牌上市；仅颖通控股1家公司递交了上市申请；找钢网和维升药业2家公司通过了港交所聆讯；古茗（01364.HK）1家公司正式启动招股。
据港交所资料显示，古茗计划全球发售约1.586亿股，每股发售价介乎8.68至9.94港元，每手买卖单位为400股股份。公司股份预计将于2025年2月12日（星期三）开始在香港联交所主板交易。基石投资方面，古茗已与Huang River Investment Limited(由腾讯（00700.HK）全资拥有)、GM Charm Yield (BVI) Limited(由元生资本全资拥有)、正心谷资本、Long-Z Fund I, LP(美团龙珠旗下基金)及Duckling Fund, L.P.等基石投资者订立基石投资协议，累计认购总额为约5.531亿港元。
